We offer a series of lively and informative programs in schools and led by trained and engaging teaching artists and educators. Subjects include mask making, collage, printmaking, 3-D design, dance, theater, leadership and much more. We can customize a program to your curriculum.
These in-school programs run for the length of a class period during the school day (available for multiple classes) or for 2 hours in after-school programs.
Our educators ask questions that inspire critical thinking and ensure hands-on activities and opportunities for active and creative response. Classes are designed to celebrate different learning styles and differentiate for age, group, and learning needs. We offer interdisciplinary exploration through science, language arts, social studies, and visual and performing arts.
Each program supports the NYC Department of Education’s Standards for Arts Learning, New York City Scope and Sequence, Blueprint for Teaching and Learning in the Arts and Common Core Standards.
We can help you look for funding and grant opportunities to work with us.
